Inside Sales Rep

Inside Sales Rep at United Rentals responsible for serving as a key customer contact and consultant at the branch, with responsibility for recommending solutions, quoting, selling and fulfilling equipment and services based on customer needs. Duties include processing rental quotations, establishing new rental and sales accounts for walk-in and call-in customers, negotiating prices on equipment rentals and contractor supplies, dispatching delivery trucks, generating leads for new business, warm calling on lost/dormant accounts, maintaining a clean showroom, and other duties as needed. Requires exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and strong teamwork and communication abilities.
