Job Summary
Inside Sales Rep at United Rentals responsible for processing rental quotations, reservations and contracts; establishing new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers; negotiating prices on equipment rentals and contractor supplies; dispatching delivery trucks; generating leads for new business and communicating leads to Outside Sales; warm-calling on dormant accounts to retain business; maintaining a clean, well-stocked showroom; and supporting related duties while delivering outstanding customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
