Job Summary
Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts while establishing new accounts for walk-in and call-in customers. Negotiate prices on equipment rentals and contractor supplies per policy, dispatch delivery trucks, and manage customer expectations regarding delivery. Generate leads for new business by communicating with Outside Sales Representatives and warm call lost or dormant accounts to retain business. Maintain a clean, stocked showroom and perform other duties as assigned. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a valid driver's license.
