Job Summary
Answer and address all incoming calls and walk-in customers pertaining to sales, sell new and used trailers in store, and assist customers during trailer delivery. Prepare sales quotes, develop understanding of used trailer values and competitor product lines, and work closely with Customer Service in David City, NE to set up releases for pickups. Assist with administration of the sales lot and inventory by creating and processing purchase orders and reconditioning bills for used trailers and repairs to new trailers. Provide specifications and values for used trailers while maintaining a valid driver's license for minimal travel. This role offers growth within Timpte, a national industry leader with over 140 years of experience in the hopper and AG industry.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess or be able to gain an understanding of the hopper and AG industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; including Word, Excel, etc
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record for minimal travel
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Sales experience preferred
