Job Summary
Inside Sales Rep at United Rentals (Temporary) acts as a key customer contact and consultant at the branch, focusing on quoting, selling and fulfilling equipment/services. Responsibilities include processing rental quotations, reservations and contracts; establishing new rental and sales accounts from walk-in and call-in customers; negotiating prices per pricing policies; dispatching delivery trucks and managing delivery expectations; generating leads and communicating them to Outside Sales; warm-calling dormant accounts to retain business; maintaining a clean, well-stocked showroom; plus other duties as needed. Requires strong relationship-building, customer service, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, teamwork, attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking in fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
