Job Summary
Respond to all inbound calls in a consistent, professional and courteous manner while reviewing equipment requests and proposing suitable solutions. Negotiate rental rates in accordance with pricing policies, identify leads for new business, and communicate delivery needs promptly to the Logistics Manager. Effectively resolve customer issues by coordinating solutions with other personnel and call on lost or dormant accounts to generate revenue. This role supports district objectives in sales and customer service to ensure operational excellence. A valid driver's license is required as this position is safety sensitive.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Independent, self-starter and strong self-imposed structure
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
