Inside Sales Rep - ROS

Serve as a key customer contact at the branch, responsible for recommending solutions, quoting, selling, and fulfilling orders for equipment and services based on customer needs. Responsibilities include processing rental quotations, reservations and contracts; establishing new rental and sales accounts via walk-in and call-in customers; negotiating prices per policies; dispatching delivery trucks and managing customer expectations; generating leads and communicating with Outside Sales; warm-calling on lost/dormant accounts to retain business; maintaining a clean, well-stocked showroom; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires strong relationship-building and customer service skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver's license. A Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience; position is Safety Sensitive.
