Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative at NetApp driving new customer acquisition and growth through outbound and inbound prospecting via phone, email, and digital channels. You will prospect in and outbound to build a qualified pipeline, discover and qualify customer needs, and articulate NetApp’s hybrid cloud and data solutions across 3-5 use cases. You’ll collaborate with the channel to deliver proposals, generate new business through proactive prospecting including cold calls and targeted campaigns, and support marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and lead-generation campaigns. Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM systems, and work closely with sales, technical specialists, and channel teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 18–24 months inside-sales or related field
- Experience using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and CRM platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence in written and verbal formats
- Genuine curiosity and understanding of cloud, storage, or IT solutions
- Fluency in English plus Swedish
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
