Job Summary

Hybrid Inside Sales Rep, Key Account role supporting the Inside Sales Team by handling inbound inquiries, providing basic technical information, assisting with quotes and purchase orders, updating customers on order status, coordinating with Purchasing, Scheduling/Manufacturing, and Shipping, and offering administrative and logistical support to Account Managers. Responsibilities include tracking shipments, resolving basic order/invoice issues, maintaining sales records, contributing to outbound lead generation, and maintaining product knowledge to support customer service and organizational objectives. Requires strong communication, collaboration across departments, attention to detail, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Must be able to work in a hybrid in-office/remote schedule and comply with EH&S policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • At least six months to one year of experience in a customer service or administrative support role
  • Basic understanding of network infrastructure or data center products preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to assist with basic troubleshooting and problem resolution
