Inside Sales Rep

Inside Sales Rep responsible for processing, entering, monitoring, managing, and selling ingredients to dairies and feed yards; includes order management, customer service, and proactive sales to maintain competitive pricing and strong customer relationships. Tasks include selling ingredients, managing contracts, calling on customers for market information, relaying daily pricing, handling pricing accuracy and logistics, addressing service issues, monitoring contract balances, assisting with paperwork and cancellations, and providing coverage for other accounts. Emphasizes safety, accountability, and a collaborative environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are expected; travel within the United States may be required.
