Job Summary
Inside Sales Rep role focused on the Sensient Colors North America food color business, conducting demand generation and onboarding new customers primarily via phone and online meetings with occasional field visits. Responsibilities include qualifying customer information, maintaining a sales pipeline, implementing sales strategies, pricing, preparing quotations, and maintaining records; requires relationship-building, negotiation, organization, and project-management skills. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in science with laboratory experience) and experience in B2B sales are required; strong interpersonal and technical acumen are essential for growing revenue and managing long-term client relationships. This is a 100% office-based role in St. Louis, MO, with on-site collaboration and no relocation sponsorship.
