Job Summary
Assist customers with product inquiries, generate accurate quotes, and process orders to ensure timely delivery. Provide exceptional support via phone and email, resolving issues and addressing concerns for both English and Spanish-speaking clients. Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and billing teams to facilitate order fulfillment while acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments. Continuously identify process improvements to enhance customer experience and support sales operations. Fluent in English and Spanish with 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience required. Hybrid schedule with competitive compensation and educational assistance benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to support Spanish-speaking customers and provide customer service in both languages
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with order processing, quoting, and payment processing
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP software
- Associates degree preferred
