Inside Sales Rep HVAC

Support branch customers on the phone or at the counter with a primary emphasis on order fulfillment; assist the sales team with quotations, pricing, project documentation, and order entry/processing; respond to product questions and provide basic product technical support; prepare bids and manage documentation, notices of charges, and delivery details; communicate with contractors and internal teams, maintain literature and submittals, and ensure accurate paperwork for major lines; maintain outbound call schedule to obtain sales; may travel for meetings and training and to meet customers; strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
