Inside Sales Rep for Transportation Industry

Support assigned accounts by handling customer inquiries and assisting with service coordination for ocean freight operations. Maintain customer records, contracts, and account profiles to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Assist with sales activities including customer outreach, business development efforts, reporting, and renewal tracking. Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and support overall account performance. This role works closely with Account Executives to maintain customer relationships and ensure smooth service delivery.
