Inside Sales Rep - Flooring Solutions

Job Summary
Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts while negotiating equipment prices and fulfilling orders based on customer needs. Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in clients, dispatch delivery trucks, and manage customer expectations regarding delivery schedules. Generate leads for new business and communicate them with Outside Sales Representatives, while warming up lost or dormant accounts to retain business. Maintain a clean and presentable showroom stocked with merchandise. This Safety Sensitive role requires a Bachelor's degree preferred, a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and exceptional relationship-building skills in a fast-paced environment.
