Job Summary
Respond to customer Requests for Quote (RFQs) in a timely manner, contact manufacturers and vendors for pricing and lead times, and prepare accurate customer quotations. Process purchase orders, enter sales orders into Sage 100, and receive inventory into the company's CRM system. Coordinate shipments with the shipping department and track orders from initial quote through final delivery while communicating with customers to provide updates and resolve questions. Prioritize multiple quotes and orders in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with outside sales representatives, and maintain strong communication skills. This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, 401(k) with match, and medical insurance.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via email
- Occasionally lift and move items up to 20 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Sage 100 is preferred but not required
- Previous inside sales, customer service, administrative, or office experience is a plus but not required
