Job Summary
Inside Sales Rep / Customer Service for building materials focusing on building long-term relationships with wholesale customers, processing orders, providing pricing/quotations, and ensuring accurate order entry. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls/emails with professionalism, gaining product knowledge to advise customers, resolving order/product issues, collaborating with Outside Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling and promotions. No cold calling, established customer base, and a growth ladder with bonuses. Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills, basic math for pricing, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to learn technical product information; bilingual skills are a plus.
