Job Summary
Inside Sales Rep at BlueLinx responsible for identifying and presenting new sales opportunities, prioritizing high-value prospects, strengthening client relationships, improving profitability and product penetration, qualifying leads, developing pricing strategies, communicating value propositions, securing purchase orders, managing order fulfillment, and delivering exceptional customer service to foster long-term partnerships. The role supports collaboration with outside sales teams, sets and achieves sales quotas, and contributes to growth within a leading building products distributor.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years Sales Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business/Sales/Communication or equivalent is preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/Sales/Communication or equivalent is preferred
- 1-3 years Sales Experience with a comfort level on the telephone and honest communication
