Job Summary
Inside Sales Rep for Circle K’s US B2B team focusing on prospecting and closing in a high-energy, quota-driven environment. Responsibilities include meeting monthly/quarterly/annual targets by generating new accounts, identifying client needs through open-ended questions, maintaining accurate sales activity records (including Salesforce), building and maintaining a robust pipeline, handling objections, and coordinating product delivery to new customers while ensuring high client satisfaction. Requires strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with external customers and internal stakeholders, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in B2B sales. Prior experience with Salesforce CRM and proficiency in MS Office are preferred; background check and adherence to guidelines are required. Education: high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred; 1-2 years of related sales experience and a proactive, results-driven mindset are desirable.
Required Qualifications

- Communication skills – able to build rapport over the phone with external customers and in person with internal customers and peers
- Excellent Product and Process knowledge
- Sound sales skills: can identify customer needs and makes appropriate recommendations to confirm the sale
- Time management and work prioritization skills
- Ability to utilize sales tools as appropriate (fuel save, fuel locator, online, etc)
- Handles complex or unusual situations with ease
- Identifies opportunities to sell/retain a customer
- Identifies and takes action to improve process or situation
- Ability to work cross functional with Fleet customers, internal and external sales representatives, credit, partners, and Leadership
- Previous customer facing phone work
- Coaching experience or ambition preferred
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Must be computer literate in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities as described above
- Must successfully pass a background investigation
- Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines
