Job Summary

Inside Sales Representative responsible for a defined territory, growing earnings by developing repeat business with existing accounts. You will call on engineers, maintenance, purchasing, and others using a consultative selling approach to understand applications and needs. Key duties include achieving sales and profit goals by developing new opportunities and retaining customers, identifying product applications, introducing new products and services, prospecting for new leads, preparing quotations and proposals, following up and negotiating terms, closing transactions, and maintaining open communication with customers. The role requires willingness to learn the industry, coachability, dependability, strong interpersonal skills, and solid planning/organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus; familiarity with MRO products is bonus training provided.
