Job Summary
Inside Sales Rep 3, Outbound engages potential clients with strategic, consultative selling to identify needs and demonstrate value. Independently conducts outbound sales, moves leads through the pipeline, and meets or exceeds assigned quotas. Applies strategic thinking to engage customers aligned with business objectives, forecasts sales activities, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve win rates. Requires solid understanding of the sales process, pipeline management, and experience with CRM/tools; strong communication and relationship-building skills; and ability to work with stakeholders to drive revenue. Located in Rio Rancho, NM onsite; OTE $62K–$75K with salary/incentive mix.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Typically has 4-6 years of related work experience in inside sales or tele sales or a related field
