Job Summary
Conduct internal and telephone customer sales and service activities, ensuring store locations remain adequately stocked with required product lines. Identify customer needs and proper product application while exhibiting a willingness to serve professionally and timely. Resolve return of defective products, customer credit issues, and other sales-related problems through rational decision-making. Handle product or material weighing up to 100 pounds as needed. Work in varied weather conditions across retail operations in Louisiana, Texas, and Arkansas.
