Job Summary
Conduct daily introductory calls and follow-ups to discover additional opportunities with assigned or developed accounts. Maintain CRM data accuracy and follow through on orders to support recurring revenue products, equipment sales, and guided installations. Meet or exceed box sale and recurring revenue targets while sustaining an NPS score of 85 or better. Complete initial two-week training at HQ in Fayetteville, GA, followed by remote work with occasional in-person meetings. This role supports ASW's mission to create environments that allow clients to impress audiences and recruit talent.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- AV or IT systems knowledge
- Professional writing and communication skills
- Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills
- Remote position
- Occasional in-person meetings at HQ after initial 2-week training period at our HQ in Fayetteville, GA
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or some college preferred
