Job Summary
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting via phone and email; develop relationships with law enforcement agencies (police departments, sheriff’s offices, highway patrol, etc.); understand customer needs and match them with KSI’s solutions, including In-Car Video, Body-Worn Cameras, Speed Enforcement RADAR/LIDAR, and more; maintain accurate records in CRM software and coordinate follow-ups with the Sales Team; develop a prospecting schedule and provide weekly reports on progress.
Required Qualifications
- Education & Experience: High school diploma required; a four-year degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales prospecting, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
