Job Summary
Inside Sales Professional II with a focus on consultative, revenue-generating outbound sales in a fully virtual environment. Drive sales campaigns via phone, email, and text to identify decision-makers, uncover needs, provide value-based solutions, and close opportunities. Maintain a disciplined sales process using CRM/ERP systems, manage multiple accounts, and collaborate in regular team huddles and meetings. Requires high school diploma and 3+ years in outbound B2B/B2B2C sales; associate or bachelor’s in marketing, technical field, or business preferred. Remote work from anywhere in the U.S. with a 100% virtual framework and recurring travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 3+ years in outbound B2B/B2B2C sales
- Experience with CRM/ERP platforms (e.g., Aircall, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Ability to manage a strong sales pipeline and meet/exceed revenue targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus
