Job Summary
Identify, target, and qualify prospects; source and generate leads; and support the investment team by maintaining client follow-ups and travel/conference preparation. Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, engage with domain teams to understand needs and industry trends, help build target investment lists, monitor company news, and provide regular activity, results, and forecast reports. Support technology-enabled pipeline improvements and develop deep knowledge of Clairvest’s strategic position in the private equity market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
- 0-2 years previous business development or sales experience
- Experience in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
