Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status while building positive relationships through professional communication. Prepare detailed part-based quotes using ERP data and validate customer orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and correct documentation before release. Accurately enter and process sales orders within the Genius ERP system, coordinating requirements with Purchasing, Production, and Shipping to ensure timely fulfillment. Monitor order progress, resolve discrepancies proactively, and communicate revisions clearly to prevent delays. Maintain ownership of orders from initial inquiry through release while supporting continuous improvement of sales support procedures.

Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in inside sales, order processing, customer service, sales support, or administrative coordination
- Experience working within a manufacturing, greenhouse, irrigation, agricultural, or technical environment
- Genius ERP experience
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests, quotes, and orders simultaneously
