Job Summary
Inside Sales Officer responsible for turning leads into contracts for payment-solutions. Manage a portfolio of inbound and outbound leads via phone and email from A to Z, including first contact, qualification,报价/offer, negotiation and closing. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM (Salesforce) and collaborate with bank-group teams to generate and follow leads. When a file contains more than 10 terminals, hand it to field team while laying the groundwork. Contribute to team dynamics by sharing best practices and helping achieve collective targets. Requires minimum 2 years in a commercial role, Dutch and French language skills, and a hunter mentality. 40 hours per week, with 3 office days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and remote working options; growth path from Inside Sales to Expert Verkoop, Account Manager, and Key Account Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a commercial role
- Experience inside sales or telephone sales
- Fluent Dutch and French (spoken and written); English a plus
- Hunter mentality; proactive follow-up and closing
- Organized with CRM experience
- Able to work in a team and independently
- No specific diploma required
