Job Summary

As a member of the Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for managing a defined customer base, addressing incoming calls and queries, creating offerings, negotiating prices, and ensuring order processing and management. The role requires a strong focus on achieving quarterly revenue and margin targets while maintaining close communication with customers and internal departments. You should be experienced in sales with at least three years in the field, preferably within the IT industry, possess strong communication skills in both German and English, and be proficient in MS Office. Enthusiasm for customer relations and a proactive sales approach are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Minimum three years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the IT sector
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of telephone contact with customers
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proactive approach to customer follow-ups
  • Experience with MS Office applications
