Job Summary
Greet customers, apply product knowledge to assist in selections, and manage showroom displays while communicating with vendors. Process orders accurately into the point of sale system, schedule and track ticket flow, and coordinate production and delivery schedules. Communicate via phone and email with customers and the team, adapting to learn product relationships and handle multiple sales processes. Requires 2+ years of sales experience, math proficiency for margin calculations, and strong computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of previous sales experience or equivalent
- Must be able to adapt and improve
- Math skills sufficient to accurately add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate margin
- Organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple projects and sales processes
- Must be proficient in computer skills
- An ability to learn products, how they are used and relate to one another, etc.
