Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative drives order processing, quotations, and inquiries to support customers in an industrial distribution setting. Responsibilities include responding to product availability, pricing, lead times, and order status; processing sales orders, quotations, and purchase orders; building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers; providing product recommendations and technical support for fasteners, hardware, tools, and industrial supplies; coordinating with purchasing, warehouse, and shipping to ensure timely deliveries; resolving customer concerns, returns, and discrepancies; contributing to sales growth through responsive service and account development; and staying informed on product lines and market trends.
