Job Summary
Call customers regularly to establish working relationships, enhance sales, and secure recurring orders across King, Pierce, Whatcom, Skagit, Kitsap, Thurston, and Snohomish County areas. Gather market demand information from clients to anticipate merchandise shortages and discuss payment schedules for past-due accounts. Resolve customer complaints and problems timely, consulting management when necessary. Maintain strong relationships with Korean and Vietnamese-speaking customers, vendors, and business partners while checking accounts receivable bi-monthly. Requires fluency in Korean or Vietnamese, high school diploma, and 3-4 years of sales or restaurant management experience. Starting pay is $26.24/hr., with a range up to $38.05/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of experience in area of specialization
- Fluency in Korean or Vietnamese
- Basic math skills
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
