Job Summary

Inside Sales Manager responsible for leading the Project Leader, Sales Coordinator, and Order Writing teams, overseeing CPQ system administration, and ensuring accurate interpretation of customer requirements into buildable documentation for quoting, orders, and drawings. Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Production, and vendors to improve quoting accuracy, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction. Key duties include team leadership and development, governing CPQ configurations, managing the full lifecycle of customer jobs from quote to order, training, and ensuring documentation meets Terex and industry standards, while driving standardization, process improvements, and cost-effective, timely quotations.

Required Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years in sales support/project leadership/order management/technical sales
  • Experience supervising or leading teams
  • Familiarity with CPQ (Oracle)
  • Familiarity with CRM (SFDC)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Ability to read, interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
