Job Summary
Lead and develop a new team of Inside Sales Consultants to drive revenue growth and expand market penetration. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and coaching development plans; conducting regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations; reinforcing consultative selling methodologies; managing territory and pipeline through prospecting, account planning, and outbound activities; ensuring CRM utilization, forecasting accuracy, and KPI tracking; partnering with consultants on strategic opportunities and high-value accounts; and collaborating with Marketing on lead generation and customer outreach. Requires 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and strong virtual selling, analytics, and coaching capabilities; travel up to 10-20% and remote work comfortable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of successful sales experience
- 2+ years of sales leadership, coaching, or team management experience
- Experience with CRM platforms, sales analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Strong virtual selling and coaching experience
- Ability to travel up to 10-20% for team meetings, customer events, conferences, and training.
