Job Summary
Inside Sales Manager responsible for supporting customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and expand business opportunities. This role supports a defined portfolio of existing accounts, provides product pricing, prepares and delivers accurate quotations, performs order entry and workflow management, and acts as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams. It includes partnering with the current Owner/Manager during a transitional period to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer, and requires applying ERP/CRM systems, managing backorders, and contributing to sales reporting and strategy. The position offers a structured path into leadership, balancing relationship management, operational execution, and long-term growth within a transitioning environment. Skills emphasis includes communication, organizational ability, multi-account management, revenue targets, and collaboration with the outside sales team; bilingual ability (Spanish) is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; 2+ years of inside sales or sales support experience, preferably in building materials, construction supply, or distribution
