Job Summary
Inside Sales Manager (Spare Parts) responsible for leading the spare parts team and delivering excellent customer service for parts and service operations. Responsibilities include coaching and developing the spare parts team, providing internal and external customer service, reviewing orders for completeness, entering and expediting sales and purchase orders, interfacing with Sales and Service departments, preparing quotations and Returned Goods Authorizations, maintaining records and reports, managing spare parts inventory with levels, safety stock, and reorder points, ensuring inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits, overseeing shipping/receiving, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, several years of experience in spare parts or service operations, proven leadership experience, SAP experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook, and fluency in English. Candidate must meet quality standards and be a team player.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Several years of experience in spare parts, inventory management, or service operations
- Proven experience managing or leading a parts or customer service team
- Hands-on experience with inventory control, order entry, and customer support processes
- Proficient with a PC and knowledge in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
- Must speak, read, and write English
- Knowledge of shipping terms and import/export procedures are beneficial
- Strong SAP experience (order entry, inventory management, material master data)
