Job Summary
The Inside Sales Manager will lead a team of three customer service representatives managing accounts and ensuring timely delivery of toys and collectibles. Responsibilities include overseeing daily sales operations, serving as a liaison between departments, analyzing sales reports, and maintaining customer data accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations, preferably with a consumer goods, toy, or collectible manufacturing environment
- Previous experience managing retail accounts (mass or specialty) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis reporting)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Great Plains a plus)
- Proven leadership ability with experience coaching and mentoring team members
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
