Job Summary
Inside Sales Manager responsible for building Wolt's retailer network across Germany, leading the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, identifying and onboarding new retail partners, managing relationships to ensure mutual success, and meeting/exceeding sales targets. Key duties include researching and identifying potential Wolt partners in Germany, performing outbound cold calls, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, onboarding partners via careful CRM documentation, tracking KPIs (calls, virtual meetings, new partners), and collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes. Required: B2B sales or account management experience, cold prospecting experience, and excellent German language skills.
