Lead and coach an inside sales team to win bids, manage pipeline, and meet or exceed quotas in a 3PL logistics environment. Own market understanding, price fluctuations, and bid strategy; collaborate with the President; act as a partner to drive customer relationships and high-performance teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- 4+ years of relevant sales or account management experience
- 3+ years of management experience in logistics
- Prior sales/operations experience in logistics or shipping
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
- Strong project management and coaching abilities
