Inside Sales Manager

Job Summary
Lead and develop the Inside Sales team to drive customer-focused performance and business growth. Oversee daily sales operations (quotes, orders, returns, inventory coordination, and issue resolution), coach team members, and partner with Branch Managers, Division Managers, and other groups to ensure seamless execution. Build strong customer relationships, identify efficiency improvements, stay informed on industry trends, products, pricing, and customer needs, and support revenue opportunities through effective leadership, process optimization, and collaboration across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, leadership experience, and industry knowledge
- Proven sales, customer service, or sales management experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Industry experience in industrial distribution, process control, automation, or related industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn business software systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration across departments
