Job Summary
Manage and support a team of Inside Sales Representatives focused on renewals, upsell, and churn prevention. Drive daily and weekly execution through performance tracking and structured follow-up on renewal opportunities. Coach team members, and provide ongoing feedback while ensuring target achievement. Foster a culture of accountability and customer excellence. Monitor pipeline health, renewal timelines, and KPI performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure CRM accuracy, adherence to sales processes, and proper opportunity tracking. Train and onboard new hires, and support the execution of renewal campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Inside Sales Representative, Team Leader, or similar role in tech/SaaS
- Strong knowledge of subscription-based models, renewal cycles, and customer retention
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in partner-led or channel-driven sales environments
- Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Fluent in English and German
