Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and develop an inside sales team to accelerate revenue growth by selling transportation management software to trucking companies nationwide. Coach on every stage of the sales cycle, drive data-driven performance improvements using Salesforce, HubSpot, and SalesLoft, collaborate with marketing and leadership to align strategies, and continuously refine sales methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful sales leadership experience managing inside sales or commercial account management teams
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the transportation, logistics, or TMS software space
- In-depth understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and utilizing KPIs to measure team performance
- Excellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate a high-achieving sales culture
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
