Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team to achieve department objectives through performance management, training, and accountability. Oversee the quote-to-order process, ensuring timely quotations, order processing, and exceptional customer support while resolving complex escalations. Establish and monitor key performance indicators, manage forecasting and pipeline visibility, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to support revenue growth. Drive process improvement initiatives using ERP and CRM systems to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity. Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing team members while fostering a customer-focused culture. Approximately 5-10% travel is expected; candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents and able to legally work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Five or more years of inside sales, customer service, sales operations, or manufacturing experience
- Minimum three years leading customer-facing teams
- Experience within manufacturing, RF interconnect, aerospace, defense, or related industries
- Working knowledge of SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Conversational in any other language
- High sense of urgency and accountability

- US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
- Approximately 5-10% of travel is expected
- Must be able to sit for lengthy periods while operating a computer
- Must be able to type, handle objects, and communicate verbally
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift objects weighing up to twenty (20) pounds
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, reach overhead, reach at or below shoulder level, and keyboard
