Job Summary
Inside Sales position for a flooring company focusing on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales growth, and building lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities include greeting customers, guiding selections, coordinating measurements, collaborating with estimators to develop accurate bids, handling order entry and inventory transfers, maintaining quotes and showroom/warehouse cleanliness, and potentially performing warehouse duties. Requires strong communication, client service, problem solving, and persuasive selling skills; experience with flooring knowledge and standard software tools is preferred. Compensation includes hourly wage plus commission based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Customer Service experience
- Sales experience
- Computer literate, Google Suite, Gmail, Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Rollmaster
- Flooring knowledge/background
- Training or certification in sales or flooring industry
- Experience with estimating software or bid processes
- Experience in warehouse duties (as applicable)
- Retail sales experience in flooring or home improvement sectors
- Google Suite proficiency
- Microsoft Office proficiency
