Job Summary
Inside Sales role focused on maintaining direct customer/distributor contact, managing orders and customer feedback, coordinating with sales/engineering/manufacturing to meet product requirements, shipping and invoicing, and resolving issues across departments. Key responsibilities include processing orders, providing regular shipment/status updates, handling leads (web/phone/tradeshow), coordinating RMA and warranty processes, maintaining customer files, delivering KPI metrics for Operations Review, and proficient use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication, diplomacy, and multitasking in a manufacturing setting are required.
Required Qualifications
- College degree, minimum of 3 years customer interface experience in a manufacturing environment required.
