Job Summary
The Inside Sales position involves sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound communication. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, routing qualified leads, closing sales, maintaining and expanding a database of prospects, and providing support to outside sales representatives. The role requires establishing relationships with decision-makers, developing new customers, and adjusting strategies in response to competition. A high school diploma is preferred along with experience in direct sales within the HVAC/R industry.
