Job Summary
Collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer requirements and provide suitable plumbing product recommendations. Deliver exceptional service by preparing accurate quotations and submittals while coordinating with the warehouse team for seamless order fulfillment. Serve as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, resolving concerns professionally and maintaining meticulous records of all transactions. Manage account activities to foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for retention. Process purchases and transfers as needed, while regularly contributing to the whole sales team with counter sales support. Integrate and train existing employees on plumbing products and standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent education
- Associate Degree (A.A) from a two-year college or university and four or more years of related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience

- Associate Degree (A.A) from a two-year college or university and four or more years of related experience and/or training
- Two years of Plumbing sales experience
- Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service Industry with an ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Tools

- Excellent Negotiation Skills
