Job Summary
Receive phone calls, faxes, and emails from external and internal customers, prioritizing Measurement Technician Scheduling, RFQs, technical assistance, factory support, delivery expediting, and order entry. Align inside sales efforts with technician availability while supporting the accounting department on problem invoices and returns. Uphold JHC TCC standards, assist sales personnel on instrumentation initiatives, and collaborate with product principals. Accurately complete quotes and purchase orders within customer time requirements. Actively participate in after-hour and weekend on-call rotations and attend required training. Cultivate solid relationships with all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to handle phone calls, faxes and emails from external & internal customers on a timely basis
- Must understand and ensure that the JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld at all times
- Must be able to accurately complete quotes, order entry and purchase orders within the customers time requirements
- Must be able to actively and enthusiastically attend required and preferred training
- Must be able to actively and enthusiastically participate in the after hour and weekend 'On-Call' rotation
- Must be able to actively and enthusiastically support JHC colleagues at all times, and especially when overload situations arise
Desired Qualifications
- Must be able to support JHC Sales personnel when required for the pursuit of Instrumentation initiatives
- Must be able to work closely with and support the JHC product principals when required to do so
- Must be able to build and cultivate solid relationships
