Job Summary
Processes orders across multiple channels, including phone and email, accurately and promptly; handles payments securely (credit card, check, cash); identifies stock products and recommends alternatives; maintains pricing margins within guidelines; coordinates with team to meet service commitments. Requires 0-2 years of experience in the area, HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred, and basic computer proficiency. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and teamwork; knowledge of product categories and pricing guidelines is a plus.
