Job Summary
Collaborate with outside sales associates to understand customer requirements, provide product recommendations, and submit accurate quotations and submittals. Coordinate with the warehouse team for seamless order fulfillment, serve as the primary contact for sales inquiries, and resolve customer concerns promptly. Maintain meticulous records of sales transactions, manage account activities to foster client relationships, and participate in joint sales calls to increase plumbing product revenue. Process purchases and transfers while communicating with purchasers, and contribute to counter sales support. Integrate and train existing employees on plumbing products and standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent education
- Associate Degree (A.A) from a two-year college or university
- four or more years of related experience and/or training
- Two years of Plumbing sales experience
- Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service Industry

- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Tools
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Desired Qualifications
- Associate Degree (A.A) from a two-year college or university and four or more years of related experience and/or training
- Two years of Plumbing sales experience
- Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service Industry with an ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
